IT Site Support Technician

About the role

Join a fast-paced distribution center as an IT Site Support Technician supporting technology throughout the facility. This is a contract, fully onsite position based in Whitestown, IN, requiring extensive walking throughout a large distribution center. The position is anticipated to close on Oct 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
• Support Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
• Maintain Zebra/label printers and handheld scanners
• Handle hardware and peripherals
• Ensure network connectivity

Requirements

• Driven, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to perform extensive walking throughout a large distribution center

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.
