Acumen Consulting in Richmond Heights, MO is seeking a full-time IT Services Mid-Level Support Technician to join a team providing innovative solutions and exceptional technology support to clients. Responsibilities

• Support client needs and ensure technology operates effectively
• Use Professional Services Automation platform to maintain, track, and document client support services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues
• Ensure security for users and systems
• Help set up clients' technology needs
• Coordinate with vendors and other team members to keep client operations flowing smoothly
• Research new technologies and recommend practices to increase efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience
• IT Certification such as Network+ or Google IT Support
• Proficiency with computers, networks, and printers
• A degree in computer sciences or certifications (optional)
• Attention to detail
• Professional demeanor

Work Schedule

This IT Services Technician position operates Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. It includes an on-call rotation and may require work outside of regular business hours to meet clients' needs.
