Responsibilities

• Support client needs and ensure technology operates effectively
• Use Professional Services Automation platform to maintain, track, and document client support services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues
• Keep clients productive by assisting with day-to-day work
• Coordinate with vendors and other team members to ensure smooth client operations
• Research new technologies and recommend practices to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience
• IT Certification such as Network+ or Google IT Support
• Proficiency with computers, networks, and printers
• A degree in computer sciences or relevant certifications preferred
• Attention to detail and professionalism

Work Schedule

This IT Services Technician position operates Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. It includes an on-call rotation and may require work outside of regular business hours to meet clients' needs.
