Duties
- Answering help desk calls
- Tracing software & hardware issues
- Entering and monitoring work orders/resolutions
- Assigning work orders, following up on status, and communicating status to users
- Handling requests and verifying requested information with managers, tracking progress
- Aiding in the installation and configuration of PC's, laptops, and peripherals
- Processing new user requests and termination requests
- Supporting retail equipment - ATMs, printers, cameras, scale interface
- Periodically traveling to remote locations to assist other IT technicians
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent technical work experience
- CompTIA Certifications A+, Security+, Network+, or Server+
- Knowledge of various versions of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange (preferred)
- Timely communication and compliance with policies and procedures
