New Logo Acquisition
Possess a proven track record of winning new logos, not just managing or renewing existing accounts.
Prospect and acquire net-new customers weekly.
- Own outbound activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person
- Book and run first meetings with decision-makers (CFO, CEO, IT leaders)
MRR Growth
Sell Managed IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud services with a recurring revenue model.
- Build and maintain a healthy, multi-quarter MRR pipeline
- Clos monthly recurring contracts and expand over time
Pipeline & Process
Maintain 4x pipeline coverage.
- Use Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) on qualified deals
- Use CRM tools to accurately track activity, progress, and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (IT services, SaaS, MSP, cybersecurity, or cloud preferred).
- Proven track record of winning new logos, not just managing or renewing existing accounts.
- Demonstrated success selling recurring revenue models (MRR, ARR, subscription-based).
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- MSP or Managed Service sales experience
- Selling to mid-market organizations (50-500 employees)
- Experience selling to CFOs, Presidents or Executive teams
