About the role
The IT Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of enterprise business systems that support core operations across the organization. This role partners closely with Business Systems, IT, and functional teams to validate that system solutions meet business requirements, adhere to enterprise standards, and perform as expected across integrated platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a quality assurance partner on enterprise system initiatives, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and non-functional requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases across system enhancements, integrations, and implementations.
- Perform hands-on functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across interconnected systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, finance, HR, project management).
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects clearly and consistently, working with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Support and continuously improve test automation efforts, including identifying candidates for automation and maintaining automated test suites.
- Leverage automation tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release confidence.
- Ensure testing aligns with enterprise standards related to data integrity, security, integrations, and change management.
- Participate in release readiness and go-live activities, providing quality assessments and risk-based recommendations.
- Review and validate testing artifacts produced by vendors and implementation partners.
- Contribute to the definition and improvement of QA best practices, templates, and processes across IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles in enterprise environments.
- Experience testing enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, or project delivery systems.
- PREFERRED: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service).
- PREFERRED: Experience with Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) or similar ERP test automation tools.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
- Exposure to integrated system landscapes, including APIs and third-party integrations.
- Prior experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or major releases.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or project-based environments is a plus.
- MUST have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Pay
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $79,100 - $107,000 Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
