IT QA Test Specialist - Oracle Enterprise Applications

Responsibilities

• Create Test Scripts for Software including but not limited to Oracle Fusion Custom Applications, Workday, Salesforce, etc.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reporting data
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects etc.
• Gap analysis. Root causes analysis of defects etc.
• Convert from existing testing manually run scripts into scheduled automated tests
• Collaborate with SMEs to address and fix issues as they arise in testing

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in CS, IT, MIS, or comparable degree
• Two or more years of direct QA Test or comparable experience
• Experience creation and maintenance of manual and automated test scripts
• Experience in smoke, regression, enhancement, performance, and data validation testing
• Experience defect lifecycle and prioritization within ServiceNow
• Experience in integrations, APIs, payroll, and financial data flows
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages

Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, and related financial and HR systems
• Experience with testing methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex data analysis

Pay

The pay range for this role is $91,200.00 - $119,700.00 annually. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
