This role is a strategic professional position that stays abreast of developments within the field and contributes to directional strategy by applying expertise to business needs. Recognized as a technical authority, the role requires basic commercial awareness and developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and advise colleagues and occasional external customers. Work impacts entire areas through complex deliverables and strategic functional decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding project status.
- Recommends and oversees process improvements with considerable business impact through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provides expertise in IT project leadership and an advanced understanding of how various areas (e.g., architecture, infrastructure) integrate to achieve business objectives.
- Directly influences strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services.
- Acts as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts; allocates work.
- Conducts in-depth and sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Persuades and influences others using comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
- Appropriately assesses risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding the firm’s reputation and assets.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in a related technology role, with subject matter expertise in the field.
- Project Tracker System (PTS) experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is a potential plus.

Pay
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00 annual salary. Available offerings may vary by jurisdiction, job level, and date of hire.
