IT Project/Program Manager-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)
Job Description
This role provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution. The position involves planning and directing the installation of Information Technology projects that impact multiple business areas. The manager will lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.

- Lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions.
- Ensure successful execution of project roadmaps, manage budgets, and align stakeholders while mitigating risks.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level project oversight.
- Lead the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks and strategies to standardize project delivery.
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
Experience
11-15 years of experience in IT project management, overseeing enterprise-level technology implementations, and managing large-scale initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in IT governance, business process optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in Agile project management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
