About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to manage complex, cross-functional projects within the Revenue Systems portfolio. This role is responsible for projects that deliver tools and technology to improve revenue contribution and business processes. The position requires significant coordination and influence across multiple IT and business units.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, including creating estimates, securing approvals, building business cases, submitting monthly forecasts, and ongoing budget management for projects with budgets of $5-8 million.
- Develop, maintain, and own the project schedule using MS Project, ensuring all teams remain on track and dependencies are managed.
- Manage communication and provide status updates to all groups, including the working team, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Oversee the entire project scope, from understanding the initial request to ensuring all project stages such as requirements, design, funding, and build are met.
- Proactively track progress, identify and address blockers, manage defect resolution, and ensure accountability among team members.
- Deliver presentations and readouts to senior leadership, including Managing Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT and/or business.
- Experience managing large-scale project budgets ($5-8M).
- Proficiency in MS Project for creating project schedules and reports.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
