IT Project Manager III
About the role
This position is for a project manager responsible for project intake, financials management, and the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables. This role requires engagement from multiple teams and ensures that execution meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The project manager will provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of defined deliverables, often involving multiple teams.
- Communicate work objectives, manage risks, and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Cookordination and facilitation of project routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and change controls.
- Manage dependencies and remove impediments across various teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization to support deliverable completion.
- Gather and provide status updates on delivery, risks, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working closely with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Support resource planning for project delivery and execution.
- Lead teams through release planning, develop and document standards, and maintain project communications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Experience in portfolio-level functions supporting end-to-end oversight and program delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in enacting change and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for tracking delivery across multiple instances.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with Tableau.

Pay
The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is hybrid, allowing for both remote and in-office work.
