What You'll Do
- Lead multiple concurrent IT initiatives while partnering with infrastructure engineers, application teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Required:
- 9+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience managing enterprise IT projects
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Strong project planning, scheduling and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience coordinating infrastructure and application projects
- Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience working within an established PMO
- Making a visible impact within a global manufacturing organization
- Nice to Have:
- SAP project experience
- PMP certification
- CAPM certification
- M&A integration experience
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure initiatives
- The successful candidate will become the central point of coordination for multiple enterprise IT initiatives by:
- Driving projects to successful completion
- Keeping technical teams aligned
