IT Project Manager, Agile ( PMP , SAFe )

IT Project Manager responsible for managing the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure) for projects within a client’s digital organization. Projects support AI, Personalization, and Digital Platform programs, requiring coordination across engineers, managers, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and in full scope.
• Plan and direct development and testing resources.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, and quality.
• Lead design, analysis, test planning, work plans, and estimates.
• Align project work with Program Manager goals for the wider program.

Requirements

• PMP certification.
• Telecom industry experience with major carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T‑Mobile, Comcast, Charter Communications, Cox Communications, or similar).
• Strong skills in project planning and control, including scope, risk, issue, and quality management.
• Experience working within a large digital transformation program alongside Program Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• SAFe Agilist or similar certification (e.g., SAFe Practice Consultant – SPC, SAFe Release Train Engineer – RTE, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager – POPM, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master – SASM, SAFe Scrum Master – SSM, Scrum@Scale Practitioner – SaSP, etc.).

Location: Pittsburgh (on‑site, 5 days a week; remote work not permitted).
