Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives that improve efficiency and drive growth
• Partner directly with business leaders to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
• Design and build Oracle applications that support critical operations
• Influence the future direction of ERP systems and digital transformation strategies
• Collaborate with teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones

Requirements

• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and global teams.
• Oracle Development Experience: Hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle environments, including: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud technologies, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, Support enterprise integrations and application architecture initiatives
• Leadership & Communication Skills: Know how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders. Translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions and keep projects moving forward.
• Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Understanding how technology supports manufacturing operations, including: Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Cost Accounting, Quality Management, Shop Floor Operations

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT Project Management or Oracle Development
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud technologies, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and databases
