Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead multiple high-impact IT projects from concept through deployment and support
- Develop project charters, business cases, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage scope, schedules, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations
- Deliver executive-level project updates and performance reporting
- Influence the future direction of ERP systems and digital transformation strategies
- Collaborate with teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones
- See your work make an immediate impact on production, quality, supply chain, and financial performance

Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and global teams
- Hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle environments, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud technologies, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL Development, Oracle Databases and Reporting Tools
- Understanding of how technology supports manufacturing operations, including Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Cost Accounting, Quality Management, and Shop Floor Operations
