Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead multiple high-impact IT projects from concept through deployment and support
  • Develop project charters, business cases, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage scope, schedules, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations
  • Deliver executive-level project updates and performance reporting
  • Influence the future direction of ERP systems and digital transformation strategies
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones
  • See your work make an immediate impact on production, quality, supply chain, and financial performance

You'll help modernize business systems, improve manufacturing performance, enable data-driven decision making, and accelerate CPP's global technology roadmap. Your leadership will directly influence how our teams operate, collaborate, and grow.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and global teams
  • Hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle environments, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud technologies, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL Development, Oracle Databases and Reporting Tools
  • Understanding of how technology supports manufacturing operations, including Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Cost Accounting, Quality Management, and Shop Floor Operations
