Responsibilities
- Cook up actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
- Plan, organize, and communicate tasks related to the rollout activities and timelines
- Track and synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources, formatting for executive-level reporting
- Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure milestone and timeline adherence
- Partner with general contractors, subcontractors and internal facilities teams to support project delivery
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience is required
- Project coordination skills: Strong project coordination skills are required
- Communication skills: Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with engineers, and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms
- Attention to detail and critical thinking: High attention to detail and critical thinking skills are required
