About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within US Operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and industry standards
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AI tools for project management (optional)
