Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology and its application in project management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage project teams and achieve successful outcomes

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAFe Agile certification
• PMP certification from an accredited institution

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Utilize SAFe Agile principles to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track tasks, epics, user stories, and issues in Jira, while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster cross-team collaboration and implement Agile process improvements to ensure successful project delivery
