IT Project Coordinator

Smartly Technologies is hiring an IT Project Coordinator to coordinate tasks, timelines, documentation, status updates, meetings, and follow-through across a defined body of work. The position supports managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, application development, AI integration, and client technology support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT project work connected with managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, application development, AI integration, and client technology support.
• Maintain deadlines, ownership details, meeting notes, action items, and supporting documents.
• Collect updates and communicate changes, dependencies, or risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and keep current project or program information easy to find.
• Follow up on overdue tasks or missing information and escalate blockers appropriately.
• Support project handoffs, closeout, and documentation quality.

Requirements

• Strong organization, scheduling, and written communication.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars, and project-tracking tools.
• Ability to manage several deadlines and follow-up items accurately.
• Clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Relevant coordination experience, internships, coursework, or transferable operations experience can qualify for junior roles.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

Base salary: $63,000 - $73,000 per year
