About the Role

Be a key player in global IT healthcare transformation. Join a world-leading healthcare company in Jacksonville as an IT Project Coordinator and help shape the backbone of critical application infrastructure. As the go-to organizer and trusted liaison, you’ll be at the center of international collaboration, information security, and technology lifecycle management. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your IT coordination skills to the global stage, working with stakeholders across continents while gaining hands-on experience in one of the world’s most dynamic industries.

Responsibilities

  • Global Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings with international software owners, ensuring every application lifecycle—from launch to retirement—is clearly mapped and managed in our ALM systems.
  • Data Stewardship: Partner with teams to keep our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management systems fully up-to-date and audit-ready.
  • Security & Compliance: Champion global IT initiatives including patching, archiving, and upgrading, keeping our digital environment safe and compliant.
  • Technical Partnership: Bridge the gap between business owners and technical teams (Windows, Linux, Database, Cloud, and more) to ensure seamless migrations and upgrades.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor, track, and report on project progress through dashboards and advanced Excel reporting, ensuring all stakeholders stay informed and aligned.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Excel, Teams, and Outlook—using them to master global schedules and drive complex data tracking.
  • Influential Leadership: A track record of influencing, guiding, and motivating colleagues—even without direct authority.
  • IT Infrastructure Fluency: Understanding of application hosting basics on Windows/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms. Comfortable in technical discussions without needing to be an engineer.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to drive work forward with minimal guidance and take initiative at every step.
  • Exceptional Organization: Strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Flexible Mindset: Ability to adjust schedule to support global teams across time zones.
  • Onsite Presence: Commitment to being onsite 3–4 days per week as part of a collaborative hybrid team.

Benefits

  • Voluntary benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, and a legal plan.
  • Access to a retirement savings plan, service bonus, and holiday pay plans (earn up to eight paid holidays per benefit year).
  • Transit spending account.
  • Paid sick leave under the applicable state or local plan.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Deeper Impact: Play a vital role in the healthcare sector’s IT success, working on enterprise-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Professional Growth: Develop real-world expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Long-Term Stability: Enjoy the security of a multi-year contract with an industry leader.
  • Global Contribution: Your work will directly support the health and wellbeing of people around the world.
