IT Project Coordinator

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in project coordination, service coordination, dispatch, operations, logistics, vendor management, or a similar role. They should be comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities, and able to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for field technicians, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare technicians and clients for upcoming onsite visits
• Cookordinate vendors including cabling, internet/telecom, security, access control, and other service providers
• Track installations, equipment, timelines, and outstanding items through completion
• Communicate project updates and scheduling changes with clients
• Arrange technician travel and logistics when needed
• Maintain project/vendor documentation and assist with quotes
• Identify scheduling or readiness issues before they impact a project

Requirements

Great to have but not required: Experience with IT/MSPs, field service, telecom, structured cabling, security/access control, AV, electrical, construction, facilities, Field Nation, or multi-site deployments.

Compensation: $45,000–$55,000+ annually, with flexibility for candidates with strong directly relevant experience
