About the role

TENICA supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) Management Office (NMO) in the development and documentation of a comprehensive architecture to enable resilient communications for National Leadership Command and Control (C2) functions. This includes coordination with multiple Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD stakeholders across a complex communications enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Development: Lead development of architectural elements focused on conferencing, mobility, and transport services; support the NMO's Chief Architect Office (CAO) in advancing these architectural priorities
• Reference Architecture Documentation
• Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Development

• Active TS/SCI clearance
