IT Program Manager - TS/SCI with Polygraph
About the role

Responsibilities
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above. Daily interaction with senior customer and technical managers as well as on contract resources to include corporate leverage organizations. Primary responsibility is to manage all resources and costs, including fluctuation in resource demand, personnel selection and assignments, cross-functional skills, maintaining staff availability in an effort to align program resources with mission objectives.
- Coordinate closely with customer senior management to meet strategic goals.
- Serve as the single focal point for the areas of activity to include project status, tasking, schedule, performance and problem resolution.
- Partner with customer and contractor technical management team to build and maintain a programmatic plan of approach to support the development and execution of 20+ new business functions/applications.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 7+ years of related experience
- Familiar with industry standard project management approaches and methodologies
- Security Clearance Level: TS SCI with Polygraph
- US Citizenship Required
Skills
- Collaboration, communication, Knowledge of information technology and software development domains, contract management, budgeting, planning, monitoring and evaluation
- Preferred Skills: Technical writing, agile software development, software development lifecycle, knowledge of software platforms (ServiceNow and Salesforce), experience providing PM support on a government contract

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $182,882 - $247,428. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
