IT Program Manager - Corporate Portfolio

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking an IT Program Manager - Corporate Portfolio to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver a project portfolio
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maintain project documentation
• Drive collaboration between IT, vendor management, and operational leadership
• Oversee resource management for project delivery
• Coach and mentor project managers, serving as the escalation point
• Monitor financial performance and collaborate with finance on budgeting
• Facilitate governance processes and ensure effective communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years managing complex IT programs or portfolios
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with IT governance and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience in healthcare IT environments

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
