IT Product Manager IV

About the role

Our client, a major U.S. airline, is looking for an IT Product Manager with strong analyst skills to support their CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) platform, 26 week contract, fully remote. This person will gather and document business and technical requirements, analyze current authentication workflows, and map user journeys for login, registration, password management, and MFA across digital channels, working closely with developers, QA, and other project managers to bring the CIAM solution to life. Looking for someone with real experience writing user stories on an identity or authentication project specifically, comfortable working cross-functionally and translating business needs into clear requirements. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
