IT Product Manager I

About the role
The IT Product Manager I will provide support for the organization’s IT Oracle business systems, focusing on the Oracle ERP and/or Cloud applications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives.
- Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of Oracle ERP and/or Cloud applications.
- Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle modules and solutions.
- Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications using appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies.
- Manage Oracle enhancement requests, identify new solutions, and provide general support to address break fixes.
- Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Gather requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications through meetings with peers.
- Prepare technical documents, action plans, design specifications, and other solution-related documentation.
- Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for deployed solutions.
- Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements.
- Interface with cross-functional teams and end users across multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, verification, user training, and project status communication.
- Manage small projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support project planning, implementation, and training for new applications and upgrades.
- Mentor and transfer knowledge to less experienced team members to foster team growth and skill development.
- Provide occasional weekend and off-hours on-call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Release 11i or 12 in an application support or consulting role.
- Full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience.
- Knowledge of software maintenance lifecycles.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and other enterprise-class applications.
- Strong understanding of IT business systems and needs.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Eligibility
This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Only U.S. Persons will be considered. As a U.S. Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience with E-Business Suite R12/11i, with specific knowledge in Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management, Shipping, Discrete Manufacturing, Standard Costing, and/or Service modules.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion.
- Basic SQL skills.
Working Conditions
- Standard office environment with substantial visual concentration on detail.
- Normal manufacturing environment conditions, which may require the use of safety equipment such as eye protection, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps, and other PPE.
- Exposure to unusual environmental conditions, including loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust, or fumes.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Pay
Salary range: $129,850 – $156,950 annual USD. This position is eligible for location-based pay and may include participation in a performance-based bonus program.
