IT Product Manager
Our client, a leader in retail and consumer goods, is seeking an IT Product Manager to join its Homepage Experience team, which owns and continually enhances the company's most visible and highly trafficked digital platforms.
About the role
This team brings together product, engineering, data, and machine learning expertise to deliver personalized homepage experiences that connect customers with relevant content while driving key business objectives. Working cross-functionally across the organization, the team develops innovative customer experiences and continuously optimizes homepage performance to maximize value for both customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, data, and machine learning to launch new homepage experiences from intake through implementation and measurement
- Manage and optimize personalized homepage content while balancing customer relevance and business objectives
- Partner with machine learning teams to improve personalization models, identify new opportunities, and achieve performance goals
- Leverage data, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making and drive continuous optimization of the homepage experience
- Establish and champion measurement standards, ensuring quality execution and ongoing performance improvements
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to bring innovative digital experiences to market
Requirements
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from concept through deployment
- Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value opportunities aligned with customer and business goals
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with demonstrated success using insights to drive optimization and business outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading cross-functional meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver digital products and customer experiences
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make informed trade-off decisions based on data and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience partnering with AI/ML teams
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Understanding of personalization strategies, experimentation frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies
- Experience optimizing digital experiences for different customer segments
- Background in eCommerce, digital product management, customer experience, or highly trafficked web platforms
- Knowledge of A/B testing, customer behavior analytics, and personalization best practices

Work Environment

Contract: 12 months
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $57.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
