IT Procurement Partner (Hybrid)

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect technology categories
• Serve as a category subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders
• Manage competitive sourcing events (RFX), develop sourcing strategies, evaluate proposals, and deliver clear, data-driven supplier recommendations
• Negotiate pricing, and commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk
• Partner closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support contract development, onboarding, and governance
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and performance management
• Identify, develop, and implement cost-optimization and value-creation initiatives across assigned categories
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies models to inform sourcing strategies and enable innovation
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology categories strategic procurement - XaaS/cloud, AI, and other technology solutions
• Proven track record leading complex sourcing initiatives, including RFXs
• Solid understanding and experience of technology contracting - drafting, redlining, commercial term negotiation, alignment of legal terms
• Experience in a role influencing and partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with strategic sourcing tools and CLM platforms
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment
