IT Processor

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Core Processor to support the daily processing, maintenance, balancing, and overall integrity of our core banking system and related applications. This role is an important part of our in-house processing environment and helps ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant operations across the Bank. This position is 100% onsite.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily core processing activities, including balancing, transaction review, exception monitoring, file maintenance, and end-of-day processing support.
• Monitor nightly processing results, review logs and reports, identify processing issues, and coordinate timely resolution with internal departments and vendors as needed.
• Support core system updates, troubleshooting, user access needs, and employee questions related to system functionality and procedures.
• Support the accuracy and integrity of core system data by reviewing maintenance activity, researching discrepancies, and correcting errors in a timely manner.
• Assist with testing for system changes, new products, conversions, interfaces, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of banking operations or related financial institution experience preferred.
• Experience with a core banking system such as Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, or a similar platform preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, understand system workflows, troubleshoot issues, and work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and meet daily processing deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a helpful, service-oriented approach.
