IT/OT Analyst – Manufacturing

Our client designs, develops, manufactures, and markets orthopedics products, including knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle artificial joints, and dental prostheses, with operations in more than 40 countries.

About the role

Provide Global IT MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) Support for Project Aejas, including Zscaler security appliance and OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment. Deploy new technologies for OT machines, install, configure, maintain, and perform system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level. Travel up to 40% globally to all manufacturing sites (AMER/EMEA/APAC).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machine-integrated application problems as reported by users.
• Provide new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, including configuration, data extraction and retention.
• Install new machines and maintain the underlying infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring, and maintenance of MOM applications.
• Ensure all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience.

Pay

$32.00 - $32.00/Hr

Schedule

10-month temporary assignment, onsite in Warsaw, IN.
