About the role
The Jr OCM Analyst will be responsible for facilitating organizational change within a complex, matrixed environment. This role requires a strong understanding of change methodologies and the ability to guide teams through the adoption process.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale IT change initiatives and activities.
- Lead change in large-scale adoption across multiple teams or departments.
- Guide teams through the end-to-end change management process, including Stakeholder Analysis, Leadership Alignment, Communication and Engagement Planning and Execution, Change Impact Analysis, Training Needs Analysis and Development, and Change Measurement.
- Create professional presentations in PowerPoint, create spreadsheets in Excel, and create documents in Word.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with change.
- Apply agile principles and change principles to effectively manage scope.
- Ensure all aspects of work are performed with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Promote a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in IT change management, with 2-3 years focused on IT initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives and activities.
- Strong understanding of change methodologies and principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create professional presentations, create spreadsheets, and create documents.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with change.
- Experience applying agile principles and change principles to effectively manage scope.
- Experience promoting a culture of agility, adaptability, continuous learning, and empowerment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management, PROSCI, ADDIE/SAM, PMP) is a plus.
