The IT Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations or a related field
• Strong understanding of network administration, server management, and cloud computing
• Experience with ITIL best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
