Tom Wood Group is a large, multi-brand automotive dealership organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With dealerships representing multiple manufacturer brands, the organization relies on a modern, fully cloud-based IT environment to support its people, sales, service, and operations teams across all locations. Tom Wood Group is seeking an IT Operations Administrator to own day-to-day user lifecycle management — license assignments, transfers, and terminations — across our Microsoft 365 and auto and powersports dealership management software environments. You'll work closely with Human Resources, our IT Systems Administrator, and our DMS administrator to keep every employee's accounts and access accurate and up to date, and assist our IT Team Lead with equipment needs for new hires and transfers. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for user lifecycle management — onboarding, transfers, and terminations — across all dealership locations.
