As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our core services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new service offerings that meet customer needs and enhance our offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new services.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on new service implementations.
• Monitor service performance and make data-driven improvements to service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inform service enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT services or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing new service initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in IT service management tools.
• Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
