IT Manager / Senior IT Manager (based on experience)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and HITECH provisions.
• Maintains policies and procedures for information security, loss prevention, fraud prevention, and privacy.
• Establishes and maintains policies and procedures related to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Develops and directs the company’s IT strategy.
• Maintains and operates IT assets, including network systems, servers, cloud services, and PC/mobile devices.
• Budgets and manages payment for IT assets under the IT team's control.
• Responds to system failures, data breaches, or other emergency incidents.
• Trains and manages the IT Team.
• Conducts security risk assessments and supervises remediation of potential breaches.
• Ensures compliance with legal and contractual information security and privacy mandates.
• Directs IT purchasing and investment.
• Manages software development, implementation, update, and replacement processes.
• Addresses security concerns and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as the Lead IT person for cross-border IT projects within the ARKRAY Group.
• Manages and maintains US IT assets, including handling payments, allocating costs to internal departments, and managing assets like PCs, servers, and internal systems.
• Provides user support at the helpdesk level when needed.
• Responds to system failures, data breaches, or other emergency incidents.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Requires at least 5 years of experience in information security, software development, or a related field. Must have experience with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITECH regulations. Must have experience with FDA requirements for medical device software development. Must have experience with IT asset management, budgeting, and payment management. Must have experience with security risk assessments, vulnerability and threat assessments, and response to network or system intrusions. Must have experience with security audits and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Must have experience with software development, implementation, update, and replacement processes. Must have experience with cross-border IT project management. Must have strong leadership and management skills. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
