IT Manager - QA

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a IT Manager - QA to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead quality assurance governance and automation strategy for a technology operations environment. The position is responsible for setting testing standards, improving quality processes, and ensuring consistent execution across distributed teams and external partners. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to assess risk, communicate quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce QA governance, metrics, and automation strategy
• Coordinate testing across distributed teams and vendors
• Lead test architecture design and tool selection
• Communicate risk and quality metrics to stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
• Conduct trend analysis and proactively address quality issues
• Set and influence quality standards across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Expertise in QA methodologies and automation
• Experience providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and frameworks

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,500 – $147,400 annually
