Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for laptops, desktops, switches, routers, peripheral devices, and network infrastructure.
- Cook up procurement, repairs, and maintenance activities with approved IT vendors and service providers.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user software applications while managing software licence tracking and renewals.
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment including user accounts, licences, mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive permissions, and distribution groups.
- Monitor enterprise antivirus solutions, email firewall configurations, and endpoint security systems.
- Administer the organisation’s PABX telephone system including user setup, extensions, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain wireless access points and coordinate with networking vendors regarding connectivity or coverage issues.
- Support SAP Business One (SAP B1) operations including issue logging, first-line support, and coordination with implementation partners.
- Aid with support and administration of the Produmex Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Provide Salesforce CRM administration support including user setup, permissions, page layouts, and issue tracking.
- Monitor integrations between Salesforce and other business systems and escalate failures where required.
- Provide administrative support for internally developed applications including user management and configuration updates.
- Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licence records, and vendor tracking documentation.
- Offer technical support and guidance to end-users while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Aid management in evaluating new technologies, software solutions, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support or IT administration experience within a corporate or mid-sized organisation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint support, and basic networking.
- Experience or exposure to SAP Business One (SAP B1) support or administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration is advantageous.
- Awareness of cloud platforms such as AWS is beneficial.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.
