Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT consulting engagements from scoping through implementation and transition to managed services
- Partner with sales teams on pre-sales activities including solution design, scoping, and proposal development
- Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants and project leaders, driving performance and professional growth
- Oversee project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to quality standards
- Manage project profitability through effective resource planning, scope control, and financial oversight
- Establish and enforce standardized delivery processes, documentation practices, and handoff procedures
- Identify risks proactively, including scope creep, resource gaps, and technical challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, service desk, security, and endpoint teams
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and client experience
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and convert project work into recurring managed services
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in managed services, IT consulting, or professional services environments
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and project delivery
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Broad technical knowledge across cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), infrastructure, security, networking, and endpoint management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or cloud certifications
- Experience building repeatable service offerings within a managed services environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystems and modern workplace technologies
- Knowledge of networking solutions and enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Strong client engagement skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
