About the role

Responsible for driving customer engagement through innovative digital solutions. Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing seamless customer experiences across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with product development to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Oversee team performance, providing guidance and feedback to ensure optimal agent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, digital transformation, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and platforms.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
