About the role
Support the operations and maintenance of Consumer Health S/4 HANA ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Manage Request, Application Security, Event, Incident, Capacity, and Production Transition processes.
- Ensure efficient and expedient recovery of services required by the business in case of disruption.
- Oversee the lifecycle of all service requests from users, including approval, cancellation, evaluation, fulfillment, initiation, review, close, validation, and classification.
- Detect events, analyze them, and determine appropriate control actions.
- Manage the Event Management Lifecycle (Event Management System, Detect & Log Event, Correlate & Filter Event, Select Event Response, Review & Close Event).
- Address all incidents, including failures, questions, or queries reported by users, technical staff, or automatically detected by event monitoring tools.
- Manage Incident and Outage Lifecycle and serve as the escalation point for vendors on incidents.
- Act as the contact for Global Command Center (GCC) on major incidents.
- Handle Application Security Management, including proactive protection of internal/customer information, restriction of unauthorized access, and threat/vulnerability management.
- Manage Application Access Control, Security Baseline Monitoring, Security Education and Awareness.
- Monitor and measure the quality of IT operations, benchmark metrics, and identify improvement actions (e.g., ticket trends for chronic problem processes, ticket reassignments).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT/SAP System Engineering role.
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA certification.
Pay
$148,000 - $168,000 per year.
