IT Manager

Yonkers Contracting Company has an immediate opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the company’s information technology infrastructure and operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast‑paced corporate environment. ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a small internal IT team, including help desk staff and technical supportOversee the management, configuration, and optimization of company networks, systems, and security tools, including Meraki, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure infrastructureImplement and manage security tools, protocols, and best practicesOversee help desk operations and ensure timely, efficient support for all end‑usersManage technology vendors, service providers, SaaS platforms, and equipment suppliersCoordinate, collaborate, and execute strategic technical initiativesOversee technology onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning, equipment deployment, and security‑compliant deactivationMaintain documentation of systems, procedures, licenses, configurations, and disaster recovery processesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency and security Qualifications15–20 years of progressive IT experience in a corporate or similarly structured organizationProven ability to collaborate and function effectively as part of a team CompensationMedical and dental insurance401(k)Student loan reimbursement and/or tuition reimbursementVehicle stipend, toll reimbursement, gas cardYearly bonus About Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc.
