Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to provide innovative technical support for large-scale logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting, equipment installation, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to drive continuous improvement of technical solutions and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Manage infrastructure deployments for new facilities and maintain high standards for service level agreements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing technical teams across multiple locations, including 2+ years in an IT operations management role.
- A Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of equivalent professional or military experience.
- Proficiency in Linux or Unix systems administration.
Pay
Annual salary of $116,800 – $160,000.
