Position Summary: Gwynedd Manufacturing is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee day-to-day information technology operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, end-user support, and technology vendors across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems that support manufacturing and business operations. The IT Manager will oversee the organization's Epicor Kinetic ERP environment, Microsoft 365, AWS infrastructure, VMware, server and network architecture, cybersecurity initiatives, mobile device management, Helpdesk operations, telecommunications, backups, and disaster recovery. This is a hands-on management role that combines technical expertise with team leadership, project coordination, vendor management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a multi-site manufacturing environment and can balance daily IT support needs with infrastructure improvements, system security, and long-term technology planning.
