About the role
Informative Research, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking an IT Manager for the central information technology organization. This role provides network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Responsibilities include network and database administration, device management, and administering processes, services, and technical support for hardware and software for both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Manages IT Business Solutions groups, providing leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors
- Oversees and executes tactical implementation of departmental strategies to achieve goals in alignment with departmental IT strategy
- Accountable for the performance and results of related IT groups
- Manages individual contributors and/or supervisors
- Assesses departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures, and department plans; receives guidance from senior leaders
- Applies understanding of the business and how own area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives
- Reviews the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives
- Identifies and solves technical and operational problems; understands broader impact across the department
- Manages one or more generally related teams; adapts department plans and priorities to meet short-term service and/or operational objectives
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $86,817.07 - $144,695.12 annually. Actual offers will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
