IT Internship (Technical Support Focus) Summer 2027 (Onsite- Mansfield Ohio)

What You’ll Do

• Gain real-world hands-on experience in the IT field
• Provide desktop hardware/software support, connectivity troubleshooting, and technical employee onboarding
• Learn the importance of documentation and information gathering
• Understand agile teamwork and build trust with business partners to meet organizational needs
• Work with a designated mentor who assigns tasks and projects to support the team and department

Work Location: This internship is onsite at our Mansfield, Ohio facility: 100 Paragon Pkwy, Mansfield, Ohio.

Compensation

The compensation range is $17–$19 per hour.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Currently attending a 4-year college/university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Available to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) during the 2027 summer
