Responsibilities
- Set up and deploy new iPhones and iPads.
- Transfer employees to new devices and deactivate old accounts/devices.
- Troubleshoot iPhone, iPad, and basic computer issues.
- Perform desktop PC maintenance and workstation setup.
- Aid with audio/visual equipment for meetings.
- Respond to IT support requests from office staff and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot basic ServiceTitan issues and coordinate with support when needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- An interest in Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of iOS devices and Windows computers.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Hours
20 – 30 hours per week
8:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday – Thursday but can be a little flexible if needed)
