IT Intern – Enterprise Applications

About the role
As an Enterprise Application Programs IT Intern at Erickson Senior Living, you will support enterprise initiatives focused on the delivery of enterprise application solutions by assisting with business process analysis, requirements support, research, and documentation management. This role is ideal for someone interested in how large organizations plan, govern, and deliver technology, not hands-on system administration or coding.
You will work closely with program managers and subject matter experts to help organize information, document processes, and support decision-making across multiple initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with activities such as requirements gathering support, domain research, organizing program artifacts, reviewing documentation for completeness and consistency, and tracking actions and deliverables.

Requirements
- Completed coursework in data management, business analysis, or information systems
- Good organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Word and Excel
- Interest in learning new technologies and methodologies

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
