Liberty Healthcare is seeking a full-time Information Technology Infrastructure Solutions Manager to ensure the availability, security, and utility of technology systems and infrastructure for a health and human services organization with approximately one thousand geographically dispersed end users across the United States. You will report directly to the CIO/CTO and collaborate with a talented and agile IT team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with operations leaders to understand business needs and opportunities, and collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of effective solutions.
- Support application and data teams by delivering DevOps and related infrastructure services to enable rapid development and deployment of new capabilities.
- Continually evaluate technology processes and services to identify areas for increased value, efficiency, and cost savings.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.
- Partner with the Chief Information Security Officer to ensure data security and system resiliency.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Create and document standardized, repeatable processes with supporting procedures.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the company’s technology assets and resources.
- Ensure end user and technology support processes are consistent across headquarters and business unit operations.
- Contribute to the company’s technical disaster recovery and business continuity program.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud engineers and administrators.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience configuring, administering, and supporting the Microsoft technology stack.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft applications, including DevOps, GitHub, Azure, and Fabric.
- Understanding of enterprise networking, including design, security, configuration, and support.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining cloud-based environments.
- Ability to work well with organizational leaders, IT professionals, and end users.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of data security standards and regulations, including SOC, HIPAA, and NIST.

Pay
Salary range starting at $140,000 with flexibility at the higher end for highly qualified candidates.
Schedule
This is a remote position requiring occasional travel to Liberty’s corporate office and service locations throughout the United States.
