IT Infrastructure Solutions Architect

Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates domain technical and business discussions regarding future architecture direction.
- Aligns architectural strategy with business requirements.
- Analyzes and translates business, information, and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
- Develops roadmaps and implementation plans based on current vs. future state architecture.
- Supports, develops, and communicates domain-wide policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Facilitates and leads the evaluation and selection of software product standards and standard software configurations.
- Ensures compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, services, and strategic requirements.
- Contributes to the development of software and data delivery platforms with reusable components.
- Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities.
- Assists in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
- Evaluates internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes, suggesting improvements.
- Identifies and proposes variances to the architecture to accommodate project needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years direct work experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
- Preferred experience with Workday, Salesforce, ERP, and/or ServiceNow.
- Machine learning and artificial intelligence experience is a plus.
- Travel: 5-10%
- Work Schedule: Between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday; may work outside these hours to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.

- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
