Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure Government, virtualization, storage, Microsoft SQL Server databases, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server environments, including database maintenance, backups, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and coordination with ERP and application vendors to ensure optimal database availability and performance.
- Administer enterprise networking including Fortinet firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPNs, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
- Ensure high availability of infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations, engineering, ERP systems (Infor Visual preferred), Microsoft SQL Server databases, production environments, and business-critical applications.
- Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to support plant floor technologies, barcode systems, wireless connectivity, industrial networking, and connected/IoT manufacturing equipment.
- Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and technology implementation projects across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Develop infrastructure lifecycle roadmaps for servers, networking equipment, endpoints, cloud services, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Lead cybersecurity operations, including incident response, forensic investigations, vulnerability assessments, remediation prioritization, patch management, endpoint security, identity protection, DLP, and email security.
- Design and maintain secure infrastructure supporting CUI enclaves within Microsoft Azure Government while ensuring compliance with CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, and ITAR requirements.
- Cook up infrastructure and security initiatives.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, security standards, disaster recovery procedures, database documentation, asset inventories, and technical documentation.
- Aid with technology budgeting, hardware procurement, licensing, and strategic infrastructure planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing enterprise infrastructure in a multi-site environment.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Azure Government, VMware and/or Hyper-V, and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
- Experience managing enterprise networking platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco.
- Experience supporting endpoint management, Autopilot, and mobile device management.
- Experience leading infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, SQL Server administration, and enterprise technology projects.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, networking, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
